This is where you come in!
As a Maintenance Fitter, you will join our dedicated 3 Waters Plant Operations – Maintenance Delivery Team, responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of water, wastewater, and stormwater plant assets and systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding to mechanical breakdowns.
- Performing maintenance and repairs on plant and equipment.
- Fault finding with a focus on identifying root causes, not just symptoms.

What We’re Looking For:
- Trade experience (minimum 5 years).
- A strong health and safety focus.
- Experience in fault finding and continuous improvement of equipment performance.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A full NZ driver’s license.
- An appropriate work visa (if applicable).
Preferred (but not essential):
- Experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing industrial pumps.
- Background in maintenance and diagnostics.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems.
We can offer comprehensive training, a supportive team culture and family friendly working hours. If you're ready to take the next step and join an organisation who offers long term career paths, and who ‘gets the job done right’ then we want to hear from you!
