Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Acadia Nursing and Rehab Center in Aliquippa, PA. As a key member of our facility's leadership team, the Maintenance Director will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our state-of-the-art facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of the facility
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and prioritize repairs and maintenance needs
• Develop and implement maintenance budgets and schedules to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with the facility's overall goals and objectives
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and maintenance schedules

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
