About the Opportunity

Quantum Care Place of El Dorado Hills is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Director to maintain a safe, clean, polished, and comfortable environment for residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive-maintenance schedules and programs for HVAC, water, gas, electrical, mechanical, fire alarms, plumbing, grounds, carpentry, painting, and building exteriors.
• Complete resident and staff work orders and minor repairs involving appliances, fixtures, common areas, apartments, and equipment.
• Prepare apartments for residency, including painting, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, appliance, carpet, and drapery repairs as qualified.
• Maintain grounds, sidewalks, driveways, parking areas, fences, signage, traffic areas, and common spaces.
• Support floor care, freight handling, furniture and equipment movement, housekeeping needs, and resident move-ins and move-outs.
• Promote energy and water conservation and maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, resident-rights, confidentiality, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building systems, or related maintenance practices preferred.
• Knowledge of local building codes and ordinances preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to make independent decisions, prioritize work orders, and remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to lift, move, push, and pull furniture, equipment, and supplies safely.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
