Responsibilities of Our Maintenance Director:

As our Maintenance Director at this skilled nursing facility, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing a range of maintenance tasks
• Managing the budget effectively
• Ensuring strict regulatory compliance
• Maintaining collaborative relationships with external vendors and contractors
• Leading the maintenance team
• Conducting thorough facility inspections

• Being on-call 24/7 for emergencies when required

In this extremely vital position of Maintenance Director, you will report directly to the Nursing Home Administrator.

Qualifications for Our Maintenance Director:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Basic training/knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVACR systems is required.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Working knowledge of state and federal Life Safety Code is required.
• At least 1-year experience working as a Maintenance Director in a skilled nursing facility setting is preferred.
