Full-Time Maintenance – Join the Apple Ridge Team!

Apple Ridge Care Center is a 60-bed skilled nursing facility in Waverly, MO, and we are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Full-Time Maintenance Employee.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
• Complete work orders and address maintenance needs in a timely manner
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
• Maintain the building, grounds, equipment, and common areas
• Help ensure the facility remains safe, clean, and comfortable for residents and staff
• Identify and report safety or maintenance concerns
• Maintain required maintenance records and documentation
• Assist with inspections and emergency preparedness activities
• Work with contractors and vendors as needed

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Skilled in basic building repairs and general maintenance
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Good problemsolving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to prioritize tasks and respond to maintenance needs
• Comfortable working in a healthcare environment
• Must take pride in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our residents
