Maintenance Director

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our buildings and equipment.

Duties

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, strategies, and systems
• Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions promptly

Skills

• Proficiency in HVAC systems and industrial maintenance practices
• Strong knowledge of facilities management principles
• Experience with logic controllers, ohmmeters, voltmeters, and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Leadership abilities to effectively manage a maintenance team
