A well-established organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations and housekeeping functions of our facility. This is a confidential search for a leadership role with responsibility for maintaining building systems, managing maintenance contracts, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute a comprehensive preventative maintenance program
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the building, including common areas, grounds, and pool
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize disruption to regular business operations
• Respond to facility-related issues and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Supervise and support maintenance and housekeeping staff
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and building codes
• Handle emergency situations and repairs as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience maintaining building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and self-direct
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Supervisory experience in a facility or property management setting
• Knowledge of safety regulations and preventative maintenance best practices
