About the role

Silgan White Cap Southeast Asia Inc. is seeking a talented Maintenance- Electrical Engineer to join our team in Santa Rosa City Laguna. As a full-time Maintenance- Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising the electrical systems and infrastructure that power our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components to ensure efficient and reliable operations
• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, including motors, transformers, switchgear, and other equipment
• Interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and specifications to identify and resolve issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement electrical upgrades, modifications, and projects
• Comply with all safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and operators
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

What we're looking for

• Licensed Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, schematics, and specifications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with electrical equipment maintenance and repair
• Familiarity with electrical safety protocols and regulations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
