2.0           Job Summary

Technical review of new equipment, preparation of technical specifications and spare parts procurement plan, development of equipment maintenance procedures and safety standards, preparation of process documents for maintenance, inspection, and upkeep of production equipment, power, and infrastructure, and supervision of implementation. By guiding subordinates on equipment, power, and facility maintenance, inspection, and repair, maintain and improve the safety, stability, and utilization of equipment and facilities. Coordinate resources from various departments to ensure the normal operation of equipment; Train operators to use equipment in a standardized manner, be responsible for team building and performance evaluation and assessment of employees, and provide training on labor discipline and company regulations. Implement inspections of equipment, facilities, and power safety devices, organize hidden danger investigation and rectification, and ensure the safety of the production environment. This position requires adaptation to business trips and flexible working hours during the factory construction period in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

Ÿ   Implement the rules, regulations, and decisions related to equipment energy management from higher authorities.

Ÿ   Assist in selecting, installing, debugging, and accepting new equipment & power to ensure compliance with production requirements.

Ÿ   Lead equipment technology transformation to improve efficiency and reliability (such as automation upgrades, parameter adjustments)

Ÿ   Establish equipment & power archives, compile, revise, and review equipment usage, maintenance, and upkeep systems, improve various operating procedures, and effectively supervise various management systems.

Ÿ   Resolve technical issues during the operation of production equipment, organize technical research and development of equipment, and develop equipment usage and maintenance procedures.。

Ÿ   Develop equipment & power maintenance plans and supervise the implementation of plans

Ÿ   Develop material and spare parts plans for equipment & power, optimize spare parts inventory, control maintenance costs and energy consumption

Ÿ   Responsible for managing KPI indicators for equipment and power, regularly analyzing equipment failures, developing measures, and supervising completion.

Ÿ   Coordinate with the production department and allocate equipment resources to ensure delivery.

Ÿ   Research the technical principles and parameters of equipment, promote digital management of equipment (predictive maintenance), introduce and promote new technologies (such as automation and intelligent operation and maintenance solutions)

Ÿ   Assign maintenance tasks, assess the performance of technical personnel, and organize training on equipment maintenance skills.

Ÿ   Responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of TPM plans

Ÿ   Implement inspections of equipment safety devices, organize morning inspections and rectification of hidden dangers, and ensure the safety of the production environment. Develop an upgrade plan for the safety devices of the equipment that complies safety regulations of Thailand (such as OSHA standards)

Ÿ   Responsible for the management of special equipment: Establish a ledger for special equipment, and be responsible for regular inspection, calibration, and replacement of special equipment and components

Ÿ   Responsible for team building in the equipment and power facilities departments

Ÿ   Comply with information security management regulations, keep information confidential, and ensure information security.

Ÿ   Cooperate with the company's needs and undertake other tasks assigned by superiors.

3.0           Required education, experience, knowledge and skills  需要的教育、经验、知识及技能

Ÿ   Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in mechanical, electrical or related fields. Experience in Southeast Asia or multinational factories is preferred.

Ÿ   3 years or more of work experience in production equipment management, as well as experience in power and facility management

Ÿ   Familiar with factory power supply and maintenance of electrical facilities, proficient in SIEMENS, Mitsubishi, and Xin jie PLC programming, proficient in Panasonic servo, Siemens, Tai da frequency converter applications, as well as LabVIEW, camera, and robot applications.

Ÿ   Proficient in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical control, and drafting knowledge

Ÿ   Proficient in using maintenance and management systems to manage work orders, spare parts, and equipment files

Ÿ   Familiar with Thailand's industrial safety regulations and environmental standards

Ÿ   Proficient in using office software

Ÿ   Good communication skills in Chinese, English, or Thai, as well as the ability to handle pressure, Excellent cross-cultural communication skills (Thai and English working level, Chinese is additional sub item)

Ÿ   Good teamwork and cross departmental communication skills

5.0           Authority

Ÿ   The right to provide suggestions for management, maintenance, and inspection of production equipment and power facilities.

Ÿ   The right to report serious errors that occur during the use and maintenance of production equipment and power facilities beyond my immediate authority.

Ÿ   The right to guide and inspect the equipment and power facilities management and use in each workshop.

Ÿ   According to Thailand's labor laws, have right to refuse illegal commands and forced risky operations.

Ÿ   The right to stop the operation or take possible emergency measures to evacuate the workplace When discovered the direct threat to personal safety.

Ÿ   The right to understand the hazardous factors, preventive measures, and emergency measures for accidents in the workplace and work content.
