Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:

1.      Support the maintenance manager in all maintenance and engineering activities.

2.      Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment, tooling, utilities, and facilities.

3.      Maintain and improve equipment reliability and production efficiency.

4.      Support installation, qualification, validation, and commissioning of new equipment and production processes.

5.      Monitor and analyze maintenance and production performance, and drive continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability, process efficiency and productivity.

6.      Provide technical support and engineering expertise to Production, QA, Validation, Project Engineering, and other related departments for equipment and process design, installation, qualification, validation, technical problem solving, troubleshooting, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

7.      Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers, contractors, and service providers to source and procure products, spare parts, materials, materials, equipment, and technical services required for maintenance, engineering, production support, and improvement projects.

8.      Supervise, lead, train, and develop maintenance technicians by providing technical guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to enhance competency, work quality, safety, and maintenance effectiveness.

9.      Develop, review, update, implement, and monitor maintenance plans and documentation, including PM plans, Daily check sheets, PM check sheets, Work Instructions (WI) and other related maintenance documents for both new and existing equipment.

10.  Register new equipment and machinery by assigning equipment identification numbers and maintaining equipment specifications.

11.  Investigate maintenance-related nonconformities (NCRs), perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions.

12.  Support equipment calibration activities according to QA procedures.

13. Create technical drawings and designs for mechanical parts and basic equipment using CAD
    software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Draft sight)

Qualification:

Education: Bachelor’s degree of engineering in Mechanical, Electrical , Mechatronics or Industrial.

Working experience: Have experience in industrial engineering 3years up.

Specific skill/knowledge: Have knowledge in ISO 13485, GMP

General knowledge: Computer literate program  MS Office able to communicate in spoken and written                                                 English.
