What they need
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating with maintenance supervisors and technicians.
- Conducting building inspections before and after handover/takeover.
- Planning and monitoring Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities.
- Reviewing and maintaining maintenance reports.
- Coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring timely completion.
- Monitoring building maintenance standards and identifying required repairs.
- Ensuring maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in building or facility maintenance.
- Engineering qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
- Good knowledge of building maintenance and PPM procedures.
- Strong coordination, supervision, and reporting skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
