- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) as per maintenance schedules.
- Carry out Breakdown Maintenance and minimize equipment downtime.
- Execute Corrective Maintenance activities.
- Plan and perform Planned Maintenance of machines.
- Conduct routine Equipment Inspection and health checks.
- Troubleshoot machine failures and identify root causes.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Analysis.
- Handle machine Calibration activities.
- Support Machine Installation and Commissioning.
- Participate in Shutdown Maintenance activities.
- Manage Spare Parts inventory and critical spares.
- Prepare and execute Maintenance Planning & Scheduling.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and attend maintenance emergencies.
- Good planning and execution skills.
- Focus on machine reliability and uptime.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
- Ability to coordinate with production and cross-functional teams.
