Maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

·         Provide customers in Malaysia with timely and professional after sales trouble shooting work and equipment maintenance work.

·         Record maintenance work online and compile equipment maintenance reports.

·         Utilize maintenance data statistics to compile maintenance documents based on multiple cases.

·         Compile maintenance training materials and provide training to engineers.

·         Technical support of spare parts sourcing and maintenance schedule.

·         Perform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time based on company needs.

Requirements:

·         Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / Advanced in electrical engineering or equivalent.

·         Solid knowledge and technical skills in computer science or electronics.

·         Experience in electronic equipment maintenance and video surveillance or IT industry is preferred.

·         An ability to work under pressure.

·         Problem solving skills.

·         Good verbal and written communication skills.

·         Candidates who fluent in mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with mandarin speaking customers.

·         Willing to travel when needed.
