Maintenance Engineer

Tasks & Responsibilities: (Major task and role person will have to perform list all the relevant points)

• Support to resolve the machines daily breakdowns to improve the machine uptime
• Independent shift handling
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance, Spare part management and forecast

Education & Trainings:

(Basic & Professional)

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/instrumentation/mechatronics Engineering

Technical know-how: (Mention the technology on which person must be experienced)

• Mandatory:

• 3-6 years hands on experience

• Knowledge of Smart card manufacturing machines.

• Know-how of corrective, preventive, risk-based and condition-based maintenance.

• Knowledge of Sensors, Servo Motor/drives, Relay Logics , PLC basics, Pneumatics

• Good to know:

• About ,6Sigma, Lean, OEE

• Basic/Maintenance knowledge of Personalization machine ( ENTRUST/MATICA)

• ISO standards, PCI&NPCI guidelines

Soft Skills: (Inputs on soft skills required for role, like team management, communication, customer management etc)

• Good communication skill ,Hands-on experience on MS Excel ,MS Power Point, MS Word

• Exposer on ISO relevant documents of maintenance
