What they need
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for CNC machines and production equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC issues.
- Analyse breakdowns and implement corrective actions to improve machine reliability.
- Monitor PM compliance, machine downtime, MTBF and MTTR.
- Support equipment improvement, installation and commissioning activities.
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related Engineering field.
- 2–5 years' experience in manufacturing maintenance.
- CNC maintenance experience is an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of TPM, preventive maintenance and IATF 16949 is preferred.
