Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Systems Management: Lead and optimize high-tech production machinery, utilizing strong technical expertise in CNC, Industrial Robots, and PLC functions.
• Systemic PM & SDCA: Enhance and develop year-round Preventive Maintenance (PM) systems through the CEDAR framework, follow up, and record outcomes to establish a new SDCA circle standard.
• Root Cause Analysis: Perform detailed machine patrol and technical analysis to identify the root causes of abnormalities, implementing optimized countermeasures to sustainably reduce machine breakdown ratios.
• Budget & Resource Control: Efficiently control spare parts utilization, manage periodical part replacement plans, and monitor CC, SVC, and investment budgets according to company plans.
• Talent Development: Create One Point Lessons (OPL) and lead TPM Education & Training modules to upskill internal technician teams to Level 3 in Electrical & PLC competencies.
• Operational Excellence: Conduct machinery and activity risk assessments, ensure full compliance with safety and environmental regulations (PPE enforcement), and actively drive 5S, TQM, QCC, and K-way activities on the shop floor.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automation Engineering).
• Experience: More than 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably within automotive, heavy machinery, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of Automation Systems (CNC, Robot control, and PLC programming/troubleshooting).
• Language Skills: Good command of written and spoken English (capable of writing technical performance reports and reading international machinery manuals).
• Mindset: Analytical, process-oriented, with leadership potential in coaching and a strict commitment to safety regulations.
