Maintenance Engineer

Location: Thailand, Chonburi

LINAK, the world’s leading manufacturer of actuator solutions with its World Headquarters in Denmark, with 2.500 employees, 5 factories and more than 30 sales subsidiaries worldwide, is building a new 12.000 m2 factory in WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 2, Sriracha District in Chonburi Province which will be completed in October 2020 and commence operation since April 2021. The new facility will serve as the regional hub for the APAC countries and is expected to grow to a few hundred employees over few years

• Overall maintenance task

• Setup new production equipment

• Analyse and repair defect production equipment

• Preventive maintenance, administer spare parts handling, calibration of production equipment (maintenance system)

• Factory and site maintenance (Utility)

• Maintain a culture of responsibility and accountability with Continuous Improvement, Lean and Standardization principles based on LINAK standards

• Have Thai as the mother language and can communicate good in English both written and oral

• Know the manufacturing principles like CI, Lean, TPM, TWI etc.

• 5 years’ experience from a production environment in an international mass production manufacturing company and in Maintenance engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields

• Dream of a career in a start-up manufacturing organisation where you put your fingerprints on the future of the organization

• Have your own car can travel to work by yourself
