Roles and Responsibilities :
- Perform breakdown maintenance on injection moulding machines, extruders, and other equipment to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine electrical maintenance tasks such as checking fuses, replacing blown bulbs, and ensuring proper functioning of control panels.
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in plant operations.
Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in machine maintenance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of injection moulding machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform electrical maintenance tasks including wiring harnesses and circuitry repairs.
