Maintenance Engineer

About the role

You will supervise a team of Technicians to perform M&E maintenance and repair works of office buildings & commercial properties.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily maintenance work orders
• Assign and monitor work orders, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards
• Report and update on major incidents and emergencies to the management
• Follow established maintenance and company protocol and regulatory requirements for a safe work practice
• Manage stakeholders' concerns and update for smooth work operation
• Prepare and submit job costing and quotations when required

About you

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in ACMV, Building services, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant working experiences in M&E maintenance supervision
• Experience in commercial property maintenance would be useful
• Certification in WSH & FSM would be advantageous
