Position available for Maintenance Engineer in the medical equipment field.

Qualifications

Minimum educational and training requirements:

• B-ENG (Mechatronic Engineering) with 0-2 years' work experience.

Responsibilities

Tasks and responsibilities for this position include:

• Assisting with the scheduling of preventative maintenance of medical equipment.
• Assisting with the scheduling of remedial service of medical equipment.
• Assisting to maintain and improve the organization’s quality management system.
• Calibration of sensitive medical equipment.
• Fault analysis on medical equipment.
• Maintenance of medical equipment.
• Maintenance of measuring equipment
• Qualification and acceptance testing of medical equipment.
• Failure mode analysis.
• Design and development tasks.
• Assisting with procurement of supplies and parts.

Required Skills

The following areas of experience are beneficial although further in-house training will be provided:

• Proven ability and aptitude.
• Medical equipment service and maintenance.
• Medical equipment application.
• Medical Laser systems maintenance and repairs.
• ISO 13485 quality management system.
• Manufacturing processes.
• Electrical- and electronic system fault analysis.
• System qualification and acceptance testing.
• Schematics and PCB layouts.
• Mechanical CAD work.
• Use of electrical and electronic test equipment (e.g., multi-meter, oscilloscope, electrical safety tester).
• Use of mechanical tools and machinery.
• PCB board level diagnostics and repairs.
