Maintenance Engineer

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the chip-level circuit detection and maintenance of RMA faulty equipment (including but not limited to CCTV/large screen/whiteboard/server) whole machine/PCB board;

2. According to the headquarters KPI requirements, complete the specified number of RMA equipment repairs every day, and meet the cost, timeliness and other indicators;

3. Assist the department leader to do data analysis on site business operations and make targeted improvements to the weak points of the monthly KPI;

4. Accurately record the maintenance content to the internal management system every day, and report abnormal problems to the leader;

5. Have product quality awareness, analyze and summarize the repair data regularly according to internal quality standards, and promote product quality improvement;

6. According to the internal management system, regularly complete material application, consumption, inventory and other material management operations;

Job requirements

1. Language requirements: English (Chinese is a plus)

2. Education: Bachelor's degree and above. Major: electronics, communications, computer hardware majors are preferred;

3. Familiar with theoretical knowledge of digital circuits, analog circuits, MCU, etc.;

4. Proficient in operating common maintenance tools such as multimeters, air guns, soldering irons, BGA rework stations, etc.;

5. More than 2 years of work experience in related electronic products industry , with strong independent hands-on ability and self-thinking and problem-solving ability;
