Maintenance Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:

·       Monitor and improve machine performance, uptime and reliability to achieve production targets.

·       Plan, coordinate and follow up preventive maintenance activities and maintenance schedules.

·       Analyze machine breakdowns, identify root causes and implement CAPA.

·       Lead and supervise Technicians and ensure compliance with company rules, safety and work procedures.

·       Support TPM, continuous improvement projects, machine modification, new equipment installation and commissioning activities.

·       Monitor maintenance records, spare parts usage and maintenance costs.

·       Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for spare parts, services and technical support.

·       Support troubleshooting, trial runs and engineering activities to meet operational requirements.

·       Monitor energy consumption and implement cost and energy reduction initiatives.

·       Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

·       Degree in Electrical Engineering

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or manufacturing environment.

·       Experience in machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

·       Good knowledge of machinery, equipment and maintenance practices.

·       Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

·       Good communication and teamwork skills.

·       Able to attend on-call when required.
