Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and consolidate relevant technical data to support engineering operations and decision-making within the department.
• Evaluate, analyze, improve, and develop machinery, equipment, and spare parts used in maintenance activities to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop maintenance plans to continuously modernize systems and tools, minimizing the risk of machinery breakdowns and unplanned downtime.
• Plan and coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Maintenance, and Production teams to ensure effective equipment maintenance and continuous machine operation.
• Research and identify emerging technologies and innovative solutions to improve maintenance processes and enhance machinery performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Control and Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
2. Experience in industrial maintenance is an advantage. New graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Good command of English and proficiency in basic computer applications.
4. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
