Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance of industrial machinery, including robots, laser cutting machines, hydraulic presses, CNC/VMC/HMC machines, and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
• Troubleshoot and maintain industrial robots and robotic systems.
• Handle maintenance of laser cutting machines and related equipment.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of hydraulic press machines.
• Handle CNC, VMC and HMC machine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, valves and cylinders.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in motors, sensors, panels, contactors, relays and control circuits.
• Handle mechanical maintenance including bearings, gearboxes, couplings, shafts, belts and mechanical assemblies.
• Monitor machine breakdowns and minimize machine downtime.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
• Coordinate with production teams for breakdown and preventive maintenance activities.
• Identify recurring machine problems and implement root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure proper safety procedures and LOTO practices during maintenance activities.
