Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer / Officer – OSD Pharma Plant

Experience: 2–5 years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. – Mechanical / Electrical

Location: Jarod - Savli road, Vadodara

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance of OSD production machines and utilities.
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment such as granulators, RMG, FBD, compression machines, coating machines, blister packing and other pharma equipment.
• Ensure minimum machine downtime and timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown records, and maintenance documentation.
• Follow GMP, EHS, SOPs, and safety requirements during maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with production and external vendors for equipment maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical machine maintenance, preferably OSD manufacturing.
• Good mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of GMP and maintenance documentation.
• Ability to work in a regulated pharma manufacturing environment.
