Maintenance Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.       To improve the OEE (downtime, performance, quality) of production line.

2.       To collaborate with production and quality team to stabilize operations.

3.       To develop preventive maintenance and ensure timely completion.

4.       To complete project tasks effectively from start to finish.

5.       To conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for downtime exceeding 3 hours, repetitive and quality issues.

6.       To comply with safety policies (HIRARC).

7.       To carry out scheduled/planned maintenance efficiently.

8.       To troubleshoot machinery problems due to mechanical, electrical and instrument issues.

9.       To develop maintenance spare parts and ensure sufficient stocks.

10.   To attend the essential training arranged by the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1.       Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in the Food Technology/Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics discipline or similar.

2.       Analytical and able to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

3.       Good communication and interpersonal skills.

4.       Coachable and possess growth mindset.

5.       Willing to work out of comfort zone and take on challenges.

6.       Lean experience and control skills are an added advantage.

7.       Good team player.

8.       Willing to work in Pulau Indah.
