Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Electrical and Mechanical MEP systems to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance works for Electrical and Mechanical MEP systems.
• Diagnose faults and coordinate timely repair and troubleshooting works.
• Supervise technicians and ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.
• Attend to client complaints and emergency maintenance requirements.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, work orders, service reports, and maintenance records.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical and mechanical equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Ensure maintenance works comply with approved specifications, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor spare parts, tools, and materials required for maintenance activities.
• Review equipment performance and recommend necessary repairs, replacement, or improvements.
• Prepare quotations and technical recommendations for repair and maintenance works when required.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are properly documented and reported to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in MEP maintenance within a contracting, facilities management, or maintenance company.
• Good knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical systems, including HVAC, pumps, motors, DBs, lighting, plumbing, and related MEP equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify technical problems.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, specifications, and equipment manuals.
• Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Strong supervision, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with strong hands-on experience in both Electrical and Mechanical MEP maintenance, along with the ability to supervise technicians and communicate directly with clients, will be highly preferred.
