Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation issues to minimize machine downtime.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) plans and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes to improve machine reliability.
• Support machine installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement projects.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and technical documentation.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and recommend replacement parts when necessary.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), and troubleshooting techniques.

• Basic knowledge of PLC, pneumatic, hydraulic, servo systems, or automation is an advantage.

• Experience with manufacturing equipment in PCB, electronics, automotive, or industrial manufacturing is preferred.

• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Able to read engineering drawings and electrical diagrams.
