About the role
4VC Builders & Development Corporation is looking for a Maintenance Engineer who will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and ensuring the proper operation and utilization of construction equipment at the project site. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of construction equipment maintenance, equipment capability, capacity, utilization, and repair requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare weekly equipment status reports
- Prepare weekly equipment utilization reports
- Prepare weekly equipment repair reports
- Prepare weekly fuel and lubricant utilization reports for submission to the Main Office
- Monitor the condition, performance, and utilization of construction equipment
- Monitor equipment operators and crew to ensure safe equipment operation
- Identify equipment maintenance and repair requirements
- Prepare necessary purchase requests for equipment parts and supplies
- Prepare requests for fuel and lubricants
- Monitor equipment availability and ensure equipment is properly utilized
