Maintenance Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities and manpower within the assigned workshop.
• Ensure machine reliability through preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
• Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic/hydraulic, and automation systems.
• Support robot handling and monitor equipment availability to minimize production downtime.
• Ensure safety, quality, and maintenance standards are properly implemented.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related field.
• Having experience 2-3 years in industrial cable manufacturing maintenance, with leadership experience.
• Strong experience in machine troubleshooting and maintenance and ability to effectively plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Having a welding certification.
• Experience in cable manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a small team environment
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
