- Carry out Breakdown Maintenance and opportunity maintenance .
- Guide subordinates & monitor them to get proper work from them .
- Achieve MTTR targets.
- Preventive Maintenance.
- Machine daily check points verification.
- KAIZEN implementation.
- Machine 5s improvement.
- Shift handlings.

- Quick and prompt in response and action.
- Alert and proactive in recognizing symptoms**.**
- Quick and keen learner.
- Maintenance documentation and records.
- Knowledge on hydraulic, pneumatics, electrical and mechanical.
