Maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of VMC, VTL, and HMC machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
• Identify and rectify machine faults to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain CNC machine systems, spindle assemblies, ball screws, guideways, lubrication systems, and coolant systems.
• Handle machine alignment, levelling, and basic accuracy checks.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth machine operations.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, and maintenance records.
• Ensure timely replacement of damaged machine components and maintain critical spare parts.
• Follow shop-floor safety procedures and 5S standards.
• Coordinate with external service engineers for major machine repairs and technical support.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in VMC, VTL, and HMC machine maintenance.
• Knowledge of CNC machine troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
• Basic knowledge of PLC, electrical circuits, sensors, and drives is preferred.
• Ability to identify root causes of machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
