What they need
Key Responsibilities1. Service & Maintenance
- Breakdown Attendance: Attend to emergency breakdown calls for forklifts/MHE at client sites or in-house warehouses.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Perform routine scheduled servicing, lubrication, filter changes, and battery checks as per OEM checklists.
- Diagnostics: Troubleshoot basic mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical/electronic faults.
- Battery & Charging Systems: Maintain, test, and troubleshoot industrial lead-acid or lithium-ion batteries, chargers, and DC/AC drive motors.
- Electrical & Mechanical Tasks
- Electrical: Inspect wiring harnesses, contactors, controllers, fuses, sensors, switches, and VFD/PLC-based forklift control panels.
- Mechanical & Hydraulic: Check hydraulic pumps, cylinders, mast assemblies, brakes, steering linkages, tires, and mechanical wear-and-tear parts.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
