What they need
Role & responsibilities
Experience in handling Machine shop (CNC, VMC, HYDRAULIC, PNEMUTIC) maintenance Preferably in Power train / crank shaft independently. should be in transmission m/c shop / CNC Grinding machine shop / CNC Machine building.
Experience in handling Assembly shop (Working on production/assembly lines / Using tools and equipment to assemble parts / Following SOPs and quality standards / Coordinating with supervisors and team members / Maintaining safety and efficiency)
Hands on experience in dealing Grinding and Polishing machines fitted with measuring probes (Marposs), Balancing, turning and machining center.
Familiar with mechanical and Hydraulic systems such as Hydrostatic spindle / Grinding machine spindles / ball screws / axis slides and filtration systems.
Clear understanding on Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR
Known to Collecting Predictive data for various critical machines.
Good understanding on analytical skill, problem solving techniques
Familiar with system parameters for geometrical corrections.
Exposure to CNC machines equipped with Fanuc / Siemens
Able to read & write the mechanical, hydraulic drawing.
