What they need
- Machinery Maintenance: Inspect, service, and repair wood shaping and processing equipment such as CNC routers, edge banding machines, wood planers, thicknessers, spindle moulders, and multi-boring machines. [1]
- System Diagnostics: Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. [1]
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Implement routine check schedules, manage CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools, and track spare parts inventory. [1, 2]
- Breakdown Response: Handle emergency shop-floor machine failures quickly to minimize production halts. [1, 2]
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all woodworking machinery meets operational safety standards, dust-collection protocols, and electrical safety codes
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
