What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of machine shop equipment.
- Maintain gear hobbing, shaving, shaping, and broaching machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and maximum machine availability.
- Perform routine inspection, lubrication, alignment, and replacement of machine parts.
- Maintain maintenance records and breakdown reports.
- Coordinate with production to ensure smooth machine operation.
- Follow safety procedures and support 5S activities.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2 To 7 years in machine maintenance, preferably in gear or gearbox manufacturing.
