Qualification: BE in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Manage preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and automation issues to minimize downtime.
• Handle electrical panels, motors, VFDs, servo systems, sensors and PLCs.
• Coordinate tool, die and mould maintenance, where applicable.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
• Plan maintenance schedules, manage spare parts and maintain equipment records.
• Support machine installation, commissioning, modifications and production-line improvements.
• Lead maintenance technicians and coordinate with Production, OEMs and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including LOTO.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong experience in both mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Experience in the metal and plastic packaging industry preferred.
• Proven team leadership, breakdown management and problem-solving skills.
