Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Engineer role based at OPEL’s facility in Coimbatore.
• The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for conducting routine equipment inspections, diagnosing faults, and performing repairs to ensure continuous and safe operation of machinery and plant equipment. Daily tasks include executing preventive maintenance plans, coordinating with production teams to minimize downtime, and maintaining accurate maintenance records and reports.
• The role involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, supporting installation and commissioning of new equipment, and collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders for spare parts and service support.

• CNC Machine Maintenance(Mechanical Maintenance)
• SAP working knowledge
• Techincal : Mechanical,Electrical,Hydraulic,Pneumatic and Control System
• Preventive Maintenance,Breakdown Ananlysis
• Documentation and Reporting
• TPM,5S and Kaizen knowledge would be an added advantage

Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2+years experience in Mechancial maintenance is preferred
