Maintenance Engineer - Facility/Utility

About Chromalloy: We are “Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul” operator for aircraft gas turbine engine, HQ in US and our facility in Thailand located in Lam Luk Ka, Pathum Thani.

You can drive only around 30-45 mins from Mega Bang Na or Sukhumvit.

About this position: The Facility/Utility Maintenance Engineer focuses on managing and maintaining the buildings and the infrastructure systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, wastewater management, etc.), ensuring the facility is in good and operable condition.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in industrial facilities maintenance and preventive maintenance.

• A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.

• Good command of English.

• Good understanding of budgeting and performance management.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for infrastructure maintenance of:

  • HVAC (Industrial air con system)
  • Dust collection system
  • Wet scrubber
  • Wastewater Treatment
  • Boiler
  • Gas system
  • Power system
  • Cooling Tower

• Overseeing facility issues and follow up on corrective action and improvement

• Analyze and solving issues, corrective action, preventive action and share lessons learned

• Develop infrastructure system troubleshooting and train technicians

• Summarize maintenance monthly breakdown report, analyze and provide improvements.

• Coordinate with external vendors to support technical advice and emergency breakdown maintenance.

• Create, tracking and control machine KPIs.

• Spare parts management, cost analysis and control to align with maintenance KPIs

• Follow company procedures, regulation to comply with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS)
