Role & responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC and servo-related issues.
- Maintain auxiliaries such as chillers, dryers, loaders, compressors and MTCs.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and maintain proper maintenance records.
- Follow PM schedules, 5S, TPM, RCA and safety procedures.
