Maintenance Engineer Intern

Education And/or Experience Bachelor’s degree or above. Prefer majors of Management Information System, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, and others related.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Utilize AI tools such as DIFY, TRAE, Lingma to solve business problems, translating manual operational workflows into automated sequences.

Evaluate AI outputs, detect hallucinations, and write semantic tests (validating customer intent) rather than merely unit tests (validating basic functionality).

Proficiently use MS Office. Proficiency in Power Platform Apps can be a plus.

Proficiency in coding (e.g. Python/C++/Java) can be a plus.

Proficiency Power Automate/Bi can be a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills.

A fast learner and strong team player.

Always take the initiative, self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude.

Good command of spoken and written English

学历及工作经验要求

本科及以上学历，管理信息系统、计算机科学、数据科学、统计学或其他相关专业优先。

专业知识、技能与综合能力

• 能够运用DIFY、TRAE、灵马（Lingma）等人工智能工具解决业务问题，将人工操作流程转化为自动化流程；
• 具备评估人工智能输出内容、识别模型幻觉问题的能力，可编写语义测试用例（校验用户真实需求），而非仅编写基础单元测试用例（校验基础功能）；
• 熟练使用微软办公套件，掌握Power Platform应用者优先；
• 掌握Python、C++、Java等任意一门编程语言者优先；
• 熟练使用Power Automate、Power BI者优先；
• 优秀的问题解决能力；
• 良好的沟通表达能力；
• 学习能力强，具备优秀团队协作意识；
• 工作积极主动、自我驱动，具备迎难而上的工作态度；
• 熟练掌握英语口语与书面写作
