Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and support root cause analysis (RCA).
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, automation, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or engineering, preferably in high-volume manufacturing.
• Hands-on exposure to PLC and automation systems is preferred.
• Cleanroom manufacturing experience is an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment and support shift/on-call requirements when required.
