MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / ENGINEER – TERMINAL OIL & GAS STORAGE  - JURONG ISLAND / 5 DAYS / OFFICE HOURS / TRANSPORT AT JURONG EAST

SALARY RANGE : $3200-$6000 (DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE)

Responsibilities:

• Execute tasks / activities, standard maintenance and repair work such as Preventive, Corrective maintenance project executions at site effectively & efficiently
• Ensure all site executions are performed in accordance with all maintenance work procedures / OEM manuals / Company standards to ensure site quality, asset integrity and operability
• Ensure all site executions are performed in accordance with all Local Statutory and Company Safety processes to achieve good safety records / results
• Report any problems or issues with site facilities
• Process Permit-to-Work, Job safety Analysis (JSA), Lock-out, Tag-out (LOTO) or execute the Defeat of Safety Critical Equipment (DOSCE) during associate maintenance activities
• Participate and contribute in maintenance documentation review such as Safe Work Procedures (SWP), Job safety Analysis (JSA) and What-If Analysis
• Maintain work progress status and report to Supervisors on daily or adhoc basis
• Perform Work Executor in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) workflow to receive, update and close up assigned Work Orders and checklist
• Support Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring that contractors or third party vendors execute maintenance tasks / activities at site effectively and efficiently
• Ensure that contractors carry out tasks/activities that adhered to safety, health and environment regulations and Company standards

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical / E&I
• Entry level or experience welcome to apply
• Familiar with and experience in Maintenance and inspection work
• Familiar with and experience in terminal equipment and assets
• Able to consider one year contract role

MECHANICAL / SITE ENGINEER – M&E ENGINEERING - TUAS / 5 DAYS / OFFICE HOURS / TRANSPORT AT CHINESE GARDEN

SALARY RANGE : $3700-$5000++ (DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee ACMV installation works on site, including ducting, piping, and related equipment.
• Plan, prepare, and control material requisitions based on project specifications and work schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure materials are delivered on time.
• Supervise site operations and ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and project requirements.
• Work closely with main contractors, consultants, and other trades to facilitate coordination and smooth project progress.
• Track project schedules, manpower allocation, and site productivity to meet project targets.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and other technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Support testing and commissioning activities for ACMV systems.
• Prepare progress updates and maintain project-related documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.

• With our without working experience

• Technical knowledge of ACMV systems, including ducting, chilled water systems, and ventilation systems is a plus.

• Prior exposure to large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects is an advantage.
