Job Descriptions:

• Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute scheduled preventive and regular maintenance programs for production machinery.
• Spare Parts Management: Manage the spare parts inventory control system to ensure continuous operational readiness.
• Breakdown & KPI Response: Respond to machinery faults, analyze technical data, and ensure KPIs are consistently achieved.
• PLC Programming & Support: Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLC systems (e.g., Mitsubishi, Keyence, Omron).
• Control Systems Repair: Diagnose and repair faults in machine control systems, including sensors, actuators, and communication lines.
• Electrical Schematics: Interpret, update, and maintain electrical schematics and machine wiring diagrams.
• Machinery Optimization: Optimize machinery to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety across production lines.
• Coordination & Team Training: Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors while guiding and training team members.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure all tasks comply with safety, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and operational standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related field).
• Fresh Graduates are welcome (Knowledge in machine maintenance is an advantage).
• English Skills: Fair command of written and spoken English.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Special Skills:

• Basic knowledge of PLC programming using Ladder Logic.
• Ability to read and interpret part and tooling drawings.
