Maintenance Engineer / Sr. Engineer (Electrical /Mechatronics / Mechanical)

Job Purpose

• Plan, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance (PM) programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Analyze machine breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage and maintain machinery, utilities, facilities, electrical systems, and construction-related maintenance activities.
• Coordinate daily maintenance work orders and supervise technicians to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks.
• Monitor maintenance costs, resource utilization, and operational performance to achieve reliability, safety, and productivity targets.
• Manage spare parts inventory and support continuous improvement of maintenance systems and documentation.
• Lead and develop maintenance teams through coaching, training programs, and competency development initiatives.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support electrical, utility, facility, and improvement projects as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards in all maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

2. Implement and control preventive maintenance (PM) programs, inspections, and maintenance procedures.

3. Troubleshoot equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

4. Manage machine spare parts inventory, including stock control, replenishment planning, and inventory accuracy.

5. Ensure maintenance work areas comply with 5S standards and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

6. Enforce safety, health, environmental, and company regulations within all maintenance activities.

7. Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance technicians in electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.

8. Develop maintenance team competencies through technical training and skill development programs.

9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance costs.

Professional Experiences

• Experience in Maintenance, Machines, Automation, Mechatronics
  (if direct experience with continuous process in rollers and conveyer, plastic plant, Petrochemical plant is advantage).

Qualification

• Bachelor ‘s Degree in Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or Relate Field
• Experience at least 4 years in both of Electrical and Mechanical
• Preventive maintenance and machine breakdown
• Continuous machine: Plastic resin Silo bulk density transfer system, Roller conveyor driving, alignment and control, Repair and Maintenance
• Good knowledge for machine maintenance and trouble shooting abilities MTBE, MTTR, OEE and CMMS is advantage
• Good skills of computer (PLC, SCADA, AutoCAD, Sketch up, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power point)
• Able to communication in English is essential (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge ISO9001, 14001, 45001
