Maintenance Engineer Supervisor

• Maintenance Operations: Supervise daily maintenance activities to ensure machinery, equipment, utilities, and facilities remain safe, reliable, and operational.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and unexpected breakdowns.
• Equipment Troubleshooting: Lead the diagnosis and resolution of mechanical, electrical, and equipment-related issues to restore operations efficiently.
• Team Supervision: Lead, assign, and monitor the performance of maintenance technicians and engineering staff to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Maintenance Planning: Coordinate scheduled repairs, inspections, overhauls, and equipment servicing while minimizing disruption to production.
• Spare Parts & Materials: Monitor the availability and proper use of spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials to support uninterrupted operations.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities follow company safety policies, engineering standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of equipment history, maintenance activities, breakdowns, repairs, and related costs.
• Process Improvement: Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend improvements to increase machine reliability, efficiency, and equipment lifespan.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and other departments to address equipment concerns and support continuous operations.
• Cost Control: Monitor maintenance expenses and recommend cost-effective solutions without compromising equipment performance or safety.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably with supervisory or team-lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, industrial machinery, utilities, and maintenance practices.
• Preventive Maintenance: Knowledge and experience in preventive and predictive maintenance programs and equipment reliability practices.
• Leadership: Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate maintenance personnel while effectively managing work assignments and priorities.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and decision-making skills, particularly in handling equipment breakdowns and technical issues.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and preferably familiar with maintenance management or CMMS systems.
• Safety & Compliance: Knowledge of workplace safety standards, engineering practices, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Communication: Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with production teams, management, contractors, and suppliers.
• Work Environment: Willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment and respond to urgent equipment and maintenance concerns when necessary.

Preferred: Licensed Engineer, preferably with experience handling manufacturing equipment, production machinery, utilities, and facility maintenance.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
