We are looking for practical Maintenance Engineers who understand how to keep complex installations, production lines and technical systems running safely, efficiently and reliably.

You could be a good fit if you:

🔹 Speak English well, and Afrikaans

🔹 Have a BEng, BTech, National Diploma, Degree or similar qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering

🔹 Have experience as a Maintenance Engineer / Reliability Engineer / Maintenance Planner / Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer

🔹 Have worked in manufacturing, food production, FMCG, packaging, mining, energy, utilities, process plants or industrial environments

🔹 Can develop, improve and follow up maintenance plans, preventive maintenance schedules and reliability improvements

🔹 Have experience with fault finding, root cause analysis, breakdown reduction and technical improvement projects

🔹 Understand mechanical and/or electrical systems such as motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, drives, sensors, control systems, hydraulics and pneumatics

🔹 Can work with technical drawings, maintenance data, CMMS systems, reports and documentation

🔹 Are able to work with maintenance teams, production teams, project teams and external suppliers

🔹 Are practical, analytical and motivated to grow long-term in the Netherlands

What does Xelvin offer?

🔹 1–2 year contract, with the goal of long-term employment afterwards

🔹 Salary starting from €4,357 gross per month

🔹 25 paid holidays + possible ADV days

🔹 8.33% holiday allowance, paid annually in May
