Maintenance - Evening Shift

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various maintenance disciplines, ensuring that our facilities and equipment operate efficiently and safely. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a seamless operation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, hydraulics, and high voltage equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers and other industrial electrical systems.
• Fabricate parts as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
• Operate scissor lifts safely while performing maintenance tasks at heights.
• Respond promptly to service requests from staff or clients, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or in a similar role within an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, hydraulics, high voltage systems, and industrial mechanics.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
• Experience in fabricating parts or components as needed for repairs.
• Ability to operate scissor lifts and other maintenance equipment safely.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on teamwork and communication.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the job demands.
