Maintenance Executive

Job Scopes:

1. Plan and carry out preventive maintenance for all production machinery and equipment.
2. Supervise maintenance technicians and assign daily maintenance tasks.
3. Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and equipment service records.
4. Conduct regular inspection of plant facilities, utilities, and machinery to identify potential issues.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
2. 2-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or precast concrete environment.
3. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
