Maintenance Executive

Job Summary:

• To responsible for facilitating communication between management, warehouse & contractors in regards to project management and building maintenance works.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to project requirements and monitor the progress of the repairing work.
• Conduct regular inspections in coordination with contractors and consultants to verify the quality and progress of work.
• Prepare daily reports of site activities, and progress and maintain a systematic site filing system to organize and secure all project-related documentation.
• Play a critical role in monitoring site activities, coordinating with contractors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Have Strong knowledge of maintenance building and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in documenting site activities and maintaining a neat filing system.
• Familiar with the evaluation of contractors’ claims and verification.
• Ability to work independently and also in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
